My introduction:
I have always been in love with art since my childhood and always wanted to opt it as a career. I am pursuing Diploma in Drawing and Painting course from London Art College. Previously, I have learned from library books, YouTube videos and attending local art workshops. Some of my
paintings are done with the help of gridlines and some are started with a rough
sketch.
My main subjects are landscapes, cityscapes, seascapes, and
still life. I have painted on paper, canvas panels, and stretched canvas. My
paintings are of varied sizes and I use acrylics, watercolours, oil colours or
oil pastels. So far I have used these mediums for my paintings which can be viewed in my Gallery. I always try to
choose a subject that has many shadows or reflections as it makes my painting
look more natural and real.
My achievements:
Exhibited 'Serenity' and 'Metal Gazebo' at Temperance Cafe in January 2022
Exhibited 'Serenity' at Leamington Studio Artists in 2021
Exhibited 'Best Friend' at D31 Art Gallery, Doncaster in 2020
Exhibited 'Chesterton Windmill' with Temperance Cafe in 2020 and the painting is now SOLD.
I have exhibited 'Lost Architecture' with Lacuna Festivals in June-July 2020 and also attended their various events. The festival was digital due to Covid-19. You can visit their Archives to see the various artists' work.
